Join the ECROFI 2025 Post-conference field trip, scheduled for July 3-4, 2025.

• Participants: 30 spots (limited availability, first come, first served basis)
• Accommodation: Shared double rooms with other participants. You can indicate with whom you would like to share the room.

  • Travel costs from Turin to field sites

Participation Fees

• Reduced fee: € 300,00 (VAT 22% included)
  (7 double room at the Casa per Ferie Villa Santa Maria)

Registration closes:

• May 20, 2025

Rooms are doubles: if you purchase a single “ticket” you will share a room with another guest.
If you want, you can indicate the participant with whom you would like to share the room.

For those who wish to attend, please be aware that conference registration is non- cancelable and non refundable, but are transferable to others.

If you wish to register a second participant, at the same time, please click + 1 when you have finished entering your data, and proceed to enter the second participant’s data.

For the Field trip, a small bus will be used, and you will need to pack your luggage in a small size. We are organizing a luggage storage service in Turin for this reason.

Reduced registration fees for students

• The student fee will be applied to undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral students.
• In order to verify the application of the fee, please upload a copy of your institutional card to the website at the end of registration.

Fee reserved for University Institutions, Museums and National Research Institutions afferent

• In order to verify at the end of registration, please upload a copy of your institutional membership card on the web

The registration fee does not include: personal insurance, any hotel supplements (bar, minibar, telephone, hotel tax).

Payment details:

• Through our online system you can pay by credit card.

• Before proceeding, check that your credit card is enabled for On-line payments
• To complete your purchase, please authorize the payment through your bank’s 3D Secure system using their app or website. If your card does not support 3D Secure, please contact your bank for assistance.

Cancellation Policy

From the date of confirmation until the guests’ arrival, the rooms are considered non-refundable. However, we offer the possibility to cancel with a 50% penalty up to 15 days before the arrival date.
